Reynolds American Presented New Pall Mall Package

R.J. Reynolds Tobacco's best-selling Pall Mall cigarette brand is presenting a new, "more modern" appearance starting this month.

This modification "features the ongoing favorable attraction from adult smokers, making Pall Mall the No. 1 most affordable cigarette brand in the United States, and the No. 4 best-selling brand all round," explained Richard J. Smith, chief manager of marketing and sales communications for Reynolds American.

Pall Mall will be improving its packing for both packages and cartons, starting late September and into early October 2014.
The modern packing will reveal the up-to-date color theme of styles, presently with a more expensive and appropriate design. The present color scheme of styles will be exact same (orange, red, blue styles, as well as green, black and white for Pall Mall menthol varieties). As to the product inside the package, it will not be modified. Pall Mall is filled with high quality tobacco and lasts more time, offering adult tobacco consumers a high quality experience at a reasonable price.

Particular timing of the packaging improvement flow-through will depend on current stocks, it added, but adult smokers can already see it on shop shelves in the approaching weeks. The newest packaging offers a more stylish and relevant appearance for Pall Mall.

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based R.J. Reynolds Tobacco, an indirect branch of Reynolds American, is the second-biggest tobacco company in the United States. R.J. Reynolds' brands feature two of the best-selling cigarettes in the U.S. like Camel and Pall Mall. It also produces some other qualitative brands, including Winston, Kool, Doral, Salem, Misty and Capri, in a range of styles and flavors.
